According to the rules of processing and issuance of visas of the Republic of Tajikistan to foreign investors, the following types of visas are issued:

Investor (C) - heads of well-known foreign companies and firms who travel, as well as those who are in the Republic of Tajikistan for business purposes and are actually involved in investing in the economy of Tajikistan, representatives of the management of large foreign companies and companies operate in the Tajik market or have realistic plans for the development of business projects, as well as family members of these persons;

Free Economic Zone (FEZ) - for foreign citizens - investors who carry out labor and business activities in the territory of free economic zones

To obtain a visa, the following documents must be submitted to the authorized state body in one copy and one copy:

a valid foreign passport (diplomatic, service, civil passport, United Nations, stateless person's identity card) or other identity document with a special place for affixing a visa sticker.

Passport or other document submitted by a foreign citizen must not cast doubt on its authenticity and affiliation, contain notes, reservations, records, deletions and corrections not approved by the competent authorities of the relevant foreign state, no torn or embroidered pages. out of 2 blank pages intended for the visa, its validity should not normally expire within 6 months from the date of expiration of the visa;

Completed visa form in the form attached to the photo in accordance with Annex No. 2 to this Regulation with a photo that meets the requirements of Annex No. 3 to this Regulation (except for heads of foreign states and heads of government of foreign states).

The visa application form is legally filled out manually in block letters, or the use of technical means by computer in Tajik, Russian, English or the language of the country of residence at the consular office of the Republic of Tajikistan and personally signed by the applicant. If another person fills out the visa application form, the visa application form will be signed by the person who filled out the form and his / her attitude to the applicant. In case of filling out the visa application form by an international or non-governmental organization, which does not have diplomatic status in the "date and signature" column (question 31), the seal and signature of the head of the applicant organization;

Receipt for payment of state duty and consular fee (for submission of documents - for consideration and after the relevant decision on the issuance of a visa - for registration);

Copy of the initial visa of the Republic of Tajikistan. The initial visa is the basis for a new visa;

In addition to the above documents, depending on the visa category, the applicant must additionally submit the following documents:

To obtain an investor visa, the investment must be at least 500 thousand US dollars, an application of a large foreign company or the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan with a preliminary examination in accordance with the "List ...". The Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan issues visas to investors for a period of up to three years. Consular offices of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad issue visas to investors for a period of up to two years, and thus inform the consular department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan on the issuance of this category of visa within 24 hours;
